Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process while delivering expert knowledge and exceptional service at every step. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options Present vehicle features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently Conduct test drives to ensure customers feel comfortable and informed Negotiate and close deals while maintaining both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability Maintain thorough knowledge of inventory, industry trends, and competitive offerings Follow up with leads and prospective customers via phone, email, and digital communication Collaborate with sales managers, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth transactions Qualifications Previous automotive sales or related sales experience preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-first mindset with a passion for service excellence Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why Join Bill Kay Nissan?
