In this energetic role, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through their automotive journey with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for high-end sales. Your ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and manage a robust sales pipeline will be key to exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to expand the sales pipeline Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales interactions with corporate clients and fleet managers to promote dealership offerings Demonstrate vehicles' features and benefits confidently, utilizing public speaking skills to educate and persuade customers Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure availability of popular models Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions for seamless sales support Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during outbound calls, follow-ups, and in-person meetings Support marketing initiatives by promoting dealership promotions and events to prospective buyers Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business Experience Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles preferred Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, or outbound sales strategies demonstrating proactive outreach skills Familiarity with CRM software platforms used in dealership settings for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Experience in inventory management, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for managing multiple clients simultaneously Strong communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence Knowledge of automotive industry standards such as dealership experience, inventory control, marketing strategies, and retail math Embark on a career where your enthusiasm fuels success!
