Club in Downers Grove, IL is in search of a Sales Associates with Customer Service experience to join our Downers Grove Front Desk Team. Ideal candidate must provide professional & friendly customer service, follow company policies and procedures, and generate sales. Must deliver high level of service to all Sybaris Members in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications include:

Sales experience required. Customer Service experience required. Professional & Pleasant phone personality is a must; Smiling, friendly demeanor. Must have ability to comprehend and follow company sales procedures in compliance with company standards. Computer experience required. Familiar with Microsoft Office. Professional appearance, compliance with company dress code. The candidate must have ability to speak, read and perform written correspondence clearly and concisely in English. Ability to relate to customers and co-workers in a courteous and helpful manner. Display diplomacy and empathy when handling customer problems and issues. Must be detail minded and have ability to resolve customer complaints. Must possess common sense, good judgment and ethical behavior. Ability to remain pleasant and calm during stressful situations. Flexibility in days and hours available for work. Punctual. Must be available weekends, holidays and evenings. Legible handwriting. Physical Demands -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, walk outside in any weather to conduct property tours and perform repetitive motions. Listening and ability to communicate. Visual acuity is required. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
