Full Job Description Inside Sales Coordinator Location:
Downers Grove, IL Full-Time | $50,000 - $65,000 Base + Commission and Bonus About the Role We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Coordinator who thrives on cold calling, follow-up, and closing opportunities. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new leads, responsible for qualifying prospects, booking appointments, and fueling our sales pipeline across divisions including I-Med Claims, PDS, CCM, RPD, and Cybersecurity. If you are competitive, persuasive, and motivated by results, this is the job for you. What You Will Do Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration. Conduct warm-calling efforts to engage potential customers and nurture leads. Oversee telemarketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using relevant software. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. Provide ongoing training and support to team members, enhancing their selling skills and product knowledge. Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer service. Work with operations team while on boarding new client. What We Are Looking For 3 to 5 years inside sales or telemarketing experience with proven results in cold calling Bachelor's degree required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet call quotas and follow-up metrics daily Strong organizational skills for tracking leads and activity Customer-focused with a drive to build long-term relationships Self-motivated, resilient, and energized by achieving sales goals What We Offer $55,000 - $65,000 annual base salary Commission plus year-end bonus (5% percent of first monthly invoice per client plus year-end incentive) Full training program (90 days) Growth opportunities in a fast-paced sales environment
