Fitness Director & Sales Lead We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Fitness Director to lead our personal training department. While technical expertise is a must, this is a heavily sales-focused role and commission-based role . You won't just be coaching; you will be the engine of our club's growth—converting leads into long-term clients and driving total department revenue.

Primary Sales Responsibilities Lead Conversion:

Actively prospect and convert gym members into personal training clients through assessments and high-impact consultations.

Revenue Management:

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for personal training packages and supplemental services.

Promotional Strategy:

Collaborate with management to design and execute sales challenges, seasonal promotions, and referral programs. Leadership & Coaching Responsibilities Consult with clients to design high-level, comprehensive fitness programs. Expectation is to service a minimum of 15 sessions per week. Guide clients with motivation, ensuring proper form and safety. Audit client progress to ensure "results-based" retention (happy clients stay longer). Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and equipment safety within the personal training zone. Qualifications Maintain a minimum of 1 nationally recognized CPT certificate (e.g., NASM, ACSM, NSCA). $44,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
