Pre-Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator Our client, an innovative organization in a technology-driven environment, is seeking a hands-on and customer-focused Pre-Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator . This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical exposure with customer engagement, supporting live demonstrations and showcasing cutting-edge equipment to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support to the Pre-Sales team, helping ensure timely responses and a seamless customer experience Assist with the setup and operation of laser machines for live customer demonstrations Help deliver engaging, professional demos that highlight product capabilities Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment Collaborate on the creation of product displays and sample parts to effectively showcase technology offerings Support overall showroom readiness and presentation for customer visits Gain hands-on experience with machine setup, operation, and customer-facing strategies

Qualifications:

Associate's degree required Previous experience in customer service or inside sales support preferred Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers in a professional setting Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
