What You'll Do Make outbound cold calls to businesses in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and other light industrial sectors. Connect with decision-makers and introduce Creative Resource Personnel's staffing services. Qualify prospects and identify hiring needs. Set high-quality appointments for our sales closers. Help create new business opportunities that turn into long-term client relationships. Track activity and progress accurately in the CRM system. What You'll Earn Starting salary of $40,000/year. $50 bonus per qualified appointment set. $350 bonus for every appointment that becomes a new client after the first invoice is paid. Uncapped commission with no limit on earning potential. What We're Looking For 0-3 years of sales, customer service, call center, or phone-based experience. Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence. Comfort with cold calling and handling rejection professionally. Motivation to learn, improve, and grow. A competitive mindset and a desire to earn based on performance.
