We are a long-standing exterior remodeling company based in Elmhurst, Illinois, specializing in siding, windows, doors, roofing, decks, porticos, masonry, gutters, and complete exterior renovation projects. This is a commission-based sales position with performance bonus opportunities . We are looking for someone who is comfortable meeting with homeowners, building trust, presenting project options, and closing residential remodeling projects. Responsibilities As an Outside Sales Representative, you will: Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations Inspect projects, discuss customer needs, and explain available product options Prepare and present estimates for exterior remodeling projects Follow up with customers throughout the sales process Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM system Work with our office, production, and estimating teams to ensure project details are clear Represent Great American Exteriors professionally in the field Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Previous sales experience, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, construction, windows, siding, roofing, or a related field Strong communication and people skills Ability to build trust with homeowners Self-motivation and comfort working in a commission-based role Reliable transportation Basic computer/tablet skills Strong attention to detail Ability to measure, take photos, and gather project information accurately Compensation This is a commission-based position with performance bonus opportunities . Sales representatives earn commission on closed projects, with additional bonus opportunities based on sales performance. Additional commission opportunities may also be available for self-generated sales. Expected earnings typically range from $75,000-$150,000+ per year , depending on sales performance, closing rate, self-generated business, and project volume. This range is provided as a good-faith estimate and is not a guaranteed salary.
