Job Description

HVAC Sales Representative - Performance-Based Eco Air Pros Heating & Cooling is a fast-growing, family-owned HVAC company serving the Chicagoland area. We're looking for a motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Representative who can run in-home appointments and close deals on the spot. This is a performance-based, commission-driven role with a ramp-up structure to support you in your first 60-90 days. If you're a proven closer who thrives in a high-opportunity environment, this is a strong earning opportunity. What This Role Really Is You will run qualified in-home appointments (no cold calling) You will work with price-sensitive customers (Facebook, Google, referrals) You will be expected to present options and close same-day when possible Compensation 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential Ramp-up pay for the first 60-90 days Monthly & quarterly performance bonuses Weekly inbound leads provided Gas reimbursement gas for all appointments Strong performers can earn $100K-$200K+ Why Eco Air Pros? What We're Looking For Required:
2+ years of residential HVAC sales experience Proven track record of closing in-home sales Confident communicator who can handle price objections Self-driven and organized
Preferred:
