Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Sales Consultant, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. In this energetic role, you will engage with prospective buyers, showcase our latest vehicle models, and provide tailored solutions that meet each customer's unique needs. Your proactive approach to sales, combined with excellent customer service skills, will help us build lasting relationships and elevate our brand presence in the competitive automotive market. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and territory management to generate new leads and expand our client base. Conduct product demonstrations and detailed vehicle presentations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Manage existing accounts through proactive follow-up, upselling opportunities, and personalized customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Develop strategic business development plans to identify B2B sales opportunities with local businesses and fleet clients. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate terms, financing options, and pricing to close deals efficiently while maintaining profitability. Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives to maximize outreach efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer relationships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build rapport with diverse clients. Ability to conduct product demos effectively and handle technical sales discussions confidently. Strong analysis skills for assessing market trends, territory potential, and customer needs. Experience in territory management, lead generation, inside sales, or direct sales is highly desirable. A proactive mindset with the motivation to develop new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
