Responsibilities Engage with customers in person and over the phone to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services Drive company vehicles safely along designated routes to deliver products and merchandise efficiently Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and presenting compelling options Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and route deliveries using organizational tools Communicate clearly with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction levels Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers Basic math skills for pricing, calculating totals, and managing transactions accurately Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and home remodeling. Write estimates for customers Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable; military background is a plus for discipline and teamwork skills.
