The BDC Representative is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers that contact us via the internet and phone, to purchase new and/or pre-owned vehicles. You must be an outgoing friendly person who enjoys sales and talking on the phone. We pay you for your appointments that show. This is the best plan in the industry. Responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat. Responding to Internet Lead service requests promptly. Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects. Must be comfortable with computer programs and smart devices. Assist in generating reports and logs.

Requirements:

Sales experience a plus. Vin Solutions experience a plus Call Center experience a plus. Dealership experience preferred. Automotive Service experience a plus. Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills. You must be able to use good grammar in your written communications. Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor. Positive Attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel may qualify for additional hourly pay. Drive to succeed in customer expectations.
