$68,998.41 - $96,179.53 per year How you'll make an impact in this role: Manage the administrative aspects of the sales process, answers questions about the community?s apartments and speaks with prospective residents and their families. Achieve individual sales goals and targets (call-outs, appointments, sales, closings, etc.) Develops and maintains relationships with and generates leads through residents, family, and professional referral sources. Manage lead, sales presentations, closing sales, and meeting monthly sales expectations. Maintain and/or improves the occupancy level and revenue production of the community in accordance with marketing and business plans. Partner with other sales team members and community management to plan, coordinate, and implement monthly prospect and/or referral source activities and events. Work in collaboration with other sales team members in developing and executing sales plans to achieve community occupancy goals. What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Life at
