This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in sales, business development, and account management within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow in areas such as B2B sales, and customer service, contributing to our company's expansion and client satisfaction. Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not required; training will be provided to ensure your success. Responsibilities Engage in direct sales activities through cold calling and lead generation to identify new business opportunities. Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their needs. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products, and maintaining strong client relationships. Develop strategies for market expansion and contribute to business development initiatives. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance. Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and increase brand awareness within assigned territories. Maintain thorough knowledge of products and industry trends to provide expert guidance during customer interactions. Requirements Strong interest in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on management or territory management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and conduct product demos confidently. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; experience with CRM tools is a plus. Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing market opportunities and customer needs. Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to lead generation and account management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Previous experience in retail sales, inside sales, or cold calling is advantageous but not mandatory. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn about technical products and sales strategies are essential for success in this role. Compensation $16.00 per hour base pay Performance incentive paid for every qualified appointment generated Qualified Appointment Definition A qualified appointment is a prospect that meets our target criteria, is successfully scheduled, and attends the initial consultation. Earning Potential In addition to hourly pay, team members have the opportunity to increase their earnings through performance-based incentives tied directly to qualified appointments generated. Location This is a full-time, in-office position located in La Grange, Illinois, with a Monday through Friday schedule.
