Overview Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Salesperson and drive success through exceptional customer service and expert vehicle knowledge! In this energetic role, you will actively engage with prospective buyers, showcase our premium vehicle inventory, and build lasting relationships that turn inquiries into sales. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will be key to thriving in a fast-paced environment where high-end sales and customer satisfaction are at the forefront. Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle selection process Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and financing options Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business Follow dealership sales processes and CRM documentation requirements Collaborate with sales managers, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth transactions Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Qualifications:
Previous automotive sales experience preferred (sales or customer service experience considered) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional appearance and positive attitude
