We are seeking a highly dynamic individual to join our growing executive sales team. Responsibilities Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life. Show an ability to leverage personal and dealership social media accounts to maximize new client growth opportunities. Have a willingness and a history of creating your own business, being entrepreneurial, and using every opportunity to promote yourself and the business your represent. Display an ability to thrive in an independent, self-starting environment where your success and future is yours to create. Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know all details of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations. Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
