Our highly trained professionals guide clients through tailored stretches designed to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and promote overall health.

POSITION

The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the Studio Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio. The Sales Associate also assists with scheduling and retaining current members. Sales Associate has responsibilities for the front desk as well as opening or closing the studio. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required Outstanding phone skills and follow up communications are key Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail Ability to learn and use the MindBody and/or Club Ready software system Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email Must have proficient computer skills Occasional travel may be required

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Studio Manager with the sales process for conducting phone calls from lead generation, follow up, and close Lead or participate in special events (pop-ups, in studio events, health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to drive membership Post on Stretchlab Libertyville social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, etc) Book and confirm intro classes Perform opening or closing duties of the studio Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider Present available services to current or prospective members Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes Ensure studio is clean and tidy Other duties as assigned If you're passionate about health and wellness and ready to make a difference in people's lives, we invite you to apply today and join the StretchLab Libertyville team!
