Job Summary
FASTSIGNS
of Lincolnwood is seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Professional to drive business growth and expand our market presence. In this dynamic role, you will actively engage with potential clients, develop new business opportunities, and manage key accounts within your designated territory. Your enthusiasm for building relationships, combined with your strategic approach to sales, will help us deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment while making a tangible impact on company success. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach to expand the customer base within your territory Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase solutions that align with client needs Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, identifying upselling opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities and achieve growth targets Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipeline activities, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance lead generation and brand awareness Experience Proven success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technical sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong management skills with experience in account management and territory management strategies Familiarity with CRM software for lead tracking and analysis Excellent communication and customer service skills to build trust and close deals effectively Experience in retail sales or direct sales environments is advantageous but not required Demonstrated ability to engage clients, upsell solutions, and perform market analysis to identify new opportunities Previous sales experience in the signage industry roles will be considered a plus Join us as an Outside Sales Professional and become a vital part of a team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions while advancing your career in a vibrant, growth-oriented environment!
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
