Quad Cities (in‑home visits + community outreach) About Seniors Helping Seniors Seniors Helping Seniors Quad Cities provides non‑medical in‑home support services that help older adults remain independent. As we expand in the Quad Cities, we are seeking a motivated, tech‑savvy professional to support both in‑home sales and business development efforts. This is a unique opportunity to serve as our Startup Phase Sales & Community Relations Lead , helping establish our presence in the Veteran and Senior care space. Position Summary We are looking for a self‑starter who thrives working independently , enjoys relationship‑building, and is energized by both community outreach and in‑home consultations. This role blends consultative sales , client intake , and market development . You will represent Seniors Helping Seniors in homes, community organizations, and referral networks across the Quad Cities. Key Responsibilities Conduct warm, professional in‑home consultations with seniors and their families Convert inquiries into active clients through strong relationship‑based sales Complete new client intake forms accurately using digital tools Manage lead pipelines using WellSky, Dialpad, and Augusta Work independently to schedule appointments, manage follow‑ups, and meet goals Prospect and build relationships with non‑traditional lead sources , including: Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs) Faith‑based groups Specialized medical clinics (Dialysis, PT, Audiology, etc.) Develop and execute original marketing ideas to differentiate SHS in a competitive market Represent the organization with warmth, professionalism, and reliability Qualifications Proven track record in relationship‑based sales Experience in home care or senior living is a plus, but mindset and drive matter most Strong comfort with technology — we are a digital‑first operation Ability to work independently , take initiative, and manage your own schedule Confident closer who can move prospects from interest to authorization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and comfortable working with older adults and families Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer $21/hour starting pay Part‑time schedule (~25 hours/week) with flexibility Performance‑based incentives Training and ongoing support Meaningful work that makes a real difference Opportunity to help shape a growing market and build something from the ground up
