Job Description

Title:
Sales Content Coordinator - 120977
Onsite/Remote:
Onsite Position This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.
You will also:
Ensures all sales materials and campaign assets for C&F products and solutions are accurate, timely, and support sales initiatives critical to the business. Coordinate the development and delivery of global digital and printed sales brochures; ensuring legal and safety requirements are met. Collaborate with internal teams to manage all copy and images for sales materials. Manage tracking & performance of sales tools, marketing campaigns, and assets. Partner with C&F Events team to create sales materials/displays for customer and dealer events. Optimize customer facing digital and printed sales material, videos, and image assets, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and agency partners, to ensure sales needs are met. Manage a budget aligned with role responsibilities. Ability to build strong relationships quickly with internal teams and agency partners Ability to facilitate and navigate difficult conversations 2 or more years of experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously Proven ability to assess, shape, and elevate creative content Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite of products Ability to travel up to 20% domestically, based on business needs What Makes You Standout 4 or more years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role Working knowledge of compliance requirements, with the ability to interpret and apply policies to marketing and sales materials 2 or more years collaborating with agency partners Deep understanding of brand standards and ability to enforce guidelines Familiarity with ECAP 3.0 and 4.0 processes Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work expeirence in the following: Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field or equivalent related work experience What You'll Get Here, you'll enjoy the freedom to explore new projects, the support to think outside the box and the advanced tools and technology that foster innovation and achievement.
