\ Express Employment Professionals is assisting a local company that specializes in cleaning products for hospitals, hotels, and senior living centers in hiring a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Support professional. This role focuses on customer outreach, order follow-up, and supporting the inside sales team while identifying opportunities to upsell existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to current customers for relationship-building and follow-ups Support inside sales team with order processing and customer communication Identify and pursue upselling opportunities with established clients Maintain accurate records and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM Provide professional, friendly service on every call Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Qualifications:
Experience using HubSpot CRM (required) Excellent phone presence and strong communication skills Sales experience preferred Knowledge of healthcare (hospitals, nursing facilities) or hospitality industries preferred Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is a plus
