Sales Representative Job Description:
  • Meet with homeowners, property managers, business owners, and commercial clients to assess painting needs and provide professional estimates
  • Utilize estimating software and CRM systems to prepare accurate project quotes
  • Develop new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and relationship-building efforts
  • Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Coordinate with project managers and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from estimate to project completion
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
  • Follow up on leads, maintain consistent communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Sales Representative Job Requirements:
  • Previous sales, estimating, or business development experience required
  • Experience within painting, construction, home services, or related trades preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working with estimating software, CRM systems, and general computer programs
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to actively generate new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
