You'll be representing our agency in the community making out of office marketing drop-offs and weekly communications. Opportunities to run our booth at local events and be our face in the field. Salary Range:
$25.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. Responsibilities Visit Business partners on a weekly basis to enhance relationships Run booths at events and represent our brand in the community Support the agent with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Assist in preparing marketing materials and communications for clients. Schedule appointments and manage the agent's calendar. Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner. Help maintain client records and databases accurately. Contribute to outreach efforts and community engagement initiatives. Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
