Inside Industrial Sales Representative Proficient in HubSpot

The Customer Development Representative is responsible for promoting and selling BossTek products and services within a specific territory and developing potential customer leads through phone contacts. Duties include maintaining and updating databases, maintaining ongoing contact with customers, maintaining constant contact with Customer Service and providing clerical and administrative support.

Education, Experience & Training:

▪ High School diploma or equivalent required. ▪ One or more years' of previous sales/telesales experience. ▪ Exceptional communication skills. ▪ Strong computer skills - Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred. ▪ Proficient in HubSpot ▪ Strong industrial sales background particularly in the mining industry.

Salary & Benefits:

The annual salary range for this role is $42k - $62k. Placement in the range will depend on the applicant's qualifications, including education and previous experience. The benefits offered are the same as those enjoyed by all full-time employees.
