You earn $500 dollars per week during your first 4 weeks of paid training. After that, this is a commission-only role paying 8 percent ($1000-$1200 per job, typical yearly earnings are $52,000-$80,000), so your income is driven by what you sell, there is no cap on commission. you will be knocking doors, inspect homes for storm damage, and help homeowners get their roof, siding, and gutters restored. We will train you for success. No experience necessary.

You are a self-starter who creates your own momentum and does not wait to be told what to do. You are a natural communicator who makes homeowners feel heard and understood. You are a problem solver who enjoys turning a damaged roof into a solved situation. You are motivated by commission and want your effort to set your paycheck. You take pride in being coachable and getting a little better every week. You bring a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. You bring comfort working on ladders and roofs to inspect homes (heights do not bother you). You bring availability for full-time work, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Who We Are:
We are a veteran-owned and family-owned business led by Phil Yates. We specialize in storm restoration for the exterior of homes, including roofing, siding, gutter, soffit, and fascia. We bring over 20 years of industry experience and are licensed, insured, and VSI certified. We stay current on new installation techniques through our NRCA.
What You Will Do Each Day:
Inspect roofs, siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia door to door to find storm damage. Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners. Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process to maximize their coverage. Hit agreed sales targets and outcomes. Use feedback to sharpen your approach each week.
