Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Lunch on
Saturdays Requirements Experience:
Previous experience in auto sales or a related field is highly preferred, but not required.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
Customer Service:
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and exceed client expectations.
Teamwork:
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a welcoming team environment.
Knowledge:
A good understanding of sales and a willingness to learn quickly.
Motivation:
Driven and self-motivated, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Licensing:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
Responsibilities Customer Engagement:
Proactively interact with potential customers, providing them with information and answering their queries about our vehicles.
Sales Process:
Guide clients through the purchasing journey, from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a positive experience.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the features, specifications, and benefits of our Chevrolet and Buick vehicles to effectively communicate these to customers.
Test Drives:
Arrange and conduct test drives, highlighting vehicle features and performance effectively.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to inspire repeat business and referrals.
Goal Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and objectives.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in training and workshops to enhance your sales techniques and industry knowledge.
