We are hiring a Full-Time Luxury Sales Associate who is motivated by performance, income growth, and building strong client relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales Provide an exceptional in-store customer experience Assist customers with engagement rings, fine jewelry, repairs, and custom pieces Build trust and guide customers through purchasing decisions Execute a structured sales process with every customer Sales Performance Meet or exceed individual sales goals Present financing and protection plans Maintain at least 20% of sales in repairs/services Proactively reach out to 5+ clients per day (calls/texts) Client Relationship Building Follow up with customers to build repeat business Maintain client notes and communication history Generate referrals and request online reviews Store & Merchandising Maintain clean, organized showcases Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked Support overall store presentation and standards Qualifications Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable working toward sales goals Organized and detail-oriented Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment Schedule Full-Time (40 hours per week) 8-hour shifts Saturday required (store closes at 3:00 PM) Closed Sundays Compensation & Benefits $20.00 - $25.00 per hour base pay Monthly bonus opportunities based on performance 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance ( 100% employer-paid for employee ) Paid time off Employee discount Quarterly profit sharing Why Work Here Established, family-owned business with strong community reputation Consistent customer traffic and repeat clientele Opportunities for advancement and career growth Supportive, team-oriented work environment How to Apply All applicants must apply through Indeed.
