Job Description

Outside Sales Representative - New Business Development Lechner Services | Uniform & Facility Services Are you a go-getter who thrives on building something from scratch? Lechner Services is looking for a true sales hunter to take charge of our territories. This is not account management. There are no inherited accounts or residual sales. This is a new-business-only outside sales opportunity. As a New Business Outside Sales Representative , you'll be prospecting daily, setting appointments with business decision-makers, and closing deals to grow your territory. If you're motivated by uncapped earning potential and the thrill of the pursuit— this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Do:
Aggressively prospect and close new business within your assigned territory Travel to and from client sites to build face-to-face relationships Understand business needs and recommend tailored uniform & facility service solutions Negotiate service agreements and coordinate new account installations Daily phone and in-person creative strategic prospecting

What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of creative prospecting, outside sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred Proven ability to self-generate leads , overcome objections, and close deals High energy, self-discipline, and a hunter's mentality CRM experience Why Join Lechner Services?
