  • When customers work with us, they get an entire bench of application engineers, product specialists, and support staff.
You'll be the quarterback who brings the right expert into every opportunity. What You'll Do Manage and grow a territory of industrial accounts (manufacturers, job shops, MROs, etc.) Prospect new business and deepen relationships with existing customers through regular on-site visits Conduct on-site assessments to identify tooling, inventory, and workflow inefficiencies Demo our website and software platforms in customer facilities and translate features into dollars saved Coordinate with internal experts (engineering, product, support) to deliver tailored solutions Maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM and hit monthly/quarterly sales targets Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our evolving product line What You Bring 3-5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in industrial, MRO, manufacturing, or distribution A consultative selling style
