Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Job Responsibilities Assist customers in finding the right RV that fits their needs and budget Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish Conduct RV walk-throughs and demonstrate features Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers Follow up with customer leads via phone, email, text messages, video, and in-person interactions Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Stay up to date on RV models, features, and industry trends Qualifications Retail sales experience (RV, automotive, or similar industry preferred, but not required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills including public speaking Enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Professional appearance and work ethic Ability to work Saturdays and a few Sundays a year for special events Basic computer skills Familiar with using CRM software for all customer communications and follow-up A valid driver's license If you're passionate about helping people enjoy the RV lifestyle and want to be part of a growing, supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!
