In this role, you will be the key driver of customer engagement, developing strong relationships with clients and prospects to promote our warehousing solutions. Your energetic approach will help you identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and deliver tailored logistics services that meet our clients' needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment where your sales expertise and knowledge of supply chain management will make a tangible impact. Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on B2B sales within the warehousing and logistics sector. Generate new leads through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging CRM software to identify potential clients. Present comprehensive warehousing solutions, including transportation management systems (TMS), freight services, and third-party logistics (3PL) offerings. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage account portfolios by providing ongoing support, addressing client inquiries, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Coordinate with internal teams on transportation planning, dispatching, and carrier sales to ensure seamless service delivery. Utilize data entry tools such as EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and AS400 systems to process orders accurately and efficiently. Stay informed about industry regulations like FDA standards affecting logistics operations and ensure compliance across all activities. Track sales activities, prepare reports on lead generation efforts, and analyze market trends to refine sales strategies. Experience Proven experience in B2B sales within the supply chain or logistics industry, involving warehousing or transportation management required Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, transportation management systems (TMS), and logistics sales strategies. Familiarity with freight forwarding, NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), 3PL providers, carrier sales, and transportation planning processes. Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. Experience using CRM software for lead tracking, account management, and data analysis; familiarity with EDI and AS400 systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present solutions clearly and persuasively.
