We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Used Car Sales Person to join our dynamic automotive sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, engaging with customers to find their perfect vehicle while providing exceptional service that builds trust and loyalty. Your enthusiasm for automobiles, combined with your strong communication skills, will drive sales and contribute to our dealership's success. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries to generate interest in used vehicles. Demonstrate vehicle features, answer questions, and highlight benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. Negotiate prices, trade-in values, and financing options to close deals that satisfy both customer needs and dealership goals. Manage a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software. Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize revenue opportunities. Maintain accurate inventory records, organize vehicle displays, and ensure the dealership's lot is well-presented at all times. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business and referrals. Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or used vehicles. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and public speaking abilities. Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math for accurate deal structuring. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow through effectively. Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or marketing is a plus.
