Lead a team of experienced enterprise solution sellers across APAC & AMERExceed Enterprise Strategy & Planning Bookings and OKRs targetsExecute strategic business plans that drive Land & Expand motion across AMER/APACOwn recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring of ES&P SSEsBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsPresent sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecastsWork with SDR, AA, SE, Advisory Services, Product, and PMM to drive and optimize the Enterprise Strategy & Planning GTM motion
Qualifications:
15+ years of enterprise sales experience in enterprise cloud-based software/solutions6+ years as a sales manager, with proven experience consistently meeting or exceeding targetsIn-depth expertise in selling Strategic Portfolio Management, PPM, ERP, or CRM solutionsExperience leading CXO relationships and closing complex six/seven-figure SaaS transactionsLove teaming and collaborating closely with direct sales and channelBS/MS degree in business, IT, or a related fieldAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

214,000 USD•279,650
USDZone B:
193,500 USD•252,625
USDZone C:
178,200 USD•232,650 USDThis role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
