Qualified Candidates:

Previous Sales Experience Required~1 -2 years of sales experience to help us grow our membership base Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)

Day-to-Day:

Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, and addressing questions Provide daily general cleaning of the premises
