Internet Sales Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for full time, motivated, outgoing, team driven professionals to join our Business Development Center at ourBuick-GMC store located in Schaumburg. BDC Appointment coordinators work with new and existing customers to schedule appointments, confirm, and remind of sales appointments for new and existing customers. Candidates must be well spoken and have excellent telephone skills.

Primary responsibilities and requirements:

Sales BDC Associates are responsible to handle inbound and outbound appointment calls, emails, and texts for all dealerships. Candidates must be able to multitask and converse on the phone while setting appointments utilizing multiple computer systems.

Handing incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and texts Great computer skills Able to multi-task Positive attitude and serious work ethic Strong team player Excellent customer service skills Able to create and maintain customer relationships Goal oriented Tekion CRM a plus
