At our core, we believe our employees are our greatest asset. Our Schaumburg Subaru locations is looking for driven Polish-speaking Sales Consultants to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your language skills and sales expertise to connect with Polish-speaking clients, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build lasting relationships with customers and contribute to the overall success of our dealership What You'll Do Connect with Polish-speaking customers (in-person, phone, and online) Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle Negotiate and close deals while delivering a top-tier experience Generate new business through outreach and community engagement Maintain relationships and drive repeat business Track leads and sales activity using CRM tools What We're Looking For Fluency in Polish & English (required) Proven sales experience (automotive preferred, not required) Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset CRM experience (Tekion or similar is a plus) Why Join Napleton?
