About Us:
At Prairie Eye Center Aesthetics, we are a premier provider of cosmetic surgical services, offering our patients innovative and life-changing procedures. We are committed to delivering outstanding results and the highest level of patient care. As we expand our team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic staff.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential patients interested in our procedures. You will work closely with our clinical team to help prospective patients navigate their options, understand the benefits of different procedures, and ultimately help them make informed decisions that align with their goals. You will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the consultation process. Your role will involve a combination of sales, education, and patient care, ensuring that every patient feels confident and excited about their decision to undergo procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales for a variety of cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to breast and body procedures, hair transplantation, filler, and neuro toxins. Engage with leads and follow up on inquiries to schedule consultations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective patients, answering all questions regarding procedures, pricing, recovery time, and expected outcomes. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Consultation & Education:
Conduct thorough consultations to understand the patient's aesthetic goals and provide guidance on the best treatments. Present and explain the full range of services, benefits, and costs. Address patient concerns and offer support and encouragement throughout the decision-making process.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure that patient expectations are aligned with what is clinically achievable. Assist in preparing patients for procedures, including providing information on pre-operative and post-operative care.
Administrative & Reporting:
Maintain accurate patient records and track interactions in the EMR system. Prepare reports on sales performance and patient inquiries. Ensure all patient information is kept confidential and compliant with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in the healthcare, medical, or cosmetic industry (cosmetic surgery experience preferred). Strong knowledge of cosmetic surgery procedures and the ability to discuss them confidently and clearly. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with patients, demonstrating a high level of empathy and professionalism. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
