Full Job Description Location:

Compensation:
$55,000 Base + Performance Bonuses ( $85k OTE ) What You'll Do •
Serve Our Existing Customers:
Respond quickly and accurately to inbound orders and requests from our established client base. These are valued, repeat customers — your job is to make every interaction easy, fast, and right the first time. • Work the
Inbound Pipeline:
Respond quickly to inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and close transactional business yourself. High-value opportunities are escalated to senior Account Executives. •
Sell Consultatively:
Develop deep knowledge of our product lines — screen print, embroidery, and promotional products — to guide customers toward the right solution at the right price. •
Stay Organized and Accountable:
Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot. Responsiveness and follow-through are core to how we measure success here. • Be a
Team Player:
During peak periods, you may support the broader team with client and order management — because at a growing company, everyone contributes to the win. What We're Looking For •
Sales Experience:
1-2 years of inside sales, retail sales, or customer-facing sales experience. Comfort closing transactional business over phone and email is essential. •
Responsiveness:
You treat speed as a competitive advantage. Inbound leads and customer requests get same-day attention — always. •
Accuracy:
Mistakes in pricing or order specs cost our clients. You double-check your work and take ownership when something's off. •
CRM Proficiency:
Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM. You keep your pipeline clean and up to date without being asked. •
Coachable and Competitive:
You take feedback well, want to get better, and care about your numbers. Compensation & Benefits •
Base Salary:
$55,000 •
OTE:
$85,000 •
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, standard business hours •
