We're Capitol Media Group, and we're hiring a Media Advisor to join our team of marketing pros. This is a client-facing, outside sales role for someone who's sharp, creative and ready to help local businesses grow. You'll connect with business owners, simplify their marketing approach and guide them through the full customer journey—from "just curious" to "ready to buy." You'll work a healthy mix of existing client relationships, inbound leads and your own outreach. Curiosity, conversation, and consistency will be your best tools. We'll train you to use high-impact platforms like audio, paid search, targeted display, video and social media to deliver results across every stage of the consumer journey.
