Key Responsibilities Serve customers by promoting and selling insulation products and services. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned markets. Prepare and present proposals, bids, and quotations tailored to customer requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, products, and new developments. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and bid tracking. Keep management informed through regular updates and activity reports. May be responsible for managing certain projects from planning through completion, ensuring proper scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude. Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience in insulation, building products, or commercial construction. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
