Commercial HVAC Services Territory:
South Chicagoland Area Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission About the Opportunity Build a Market. Build Relationships. Build Your Income. We're is currently hiring for an established and growing client in the HVAC services industry that is expanding operations into the South Chicagoland market. This company has built a strong reputation throughout Northwest Indiana and North Central Indiana and is now looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help grow their presence in Chicagoland. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on developing referral partnerships, nurturing existing accounts, and expanding commercial business throughout the region. If you thrive in face-to-face sales, enjoy building long-term partnerships, and want the opportunity to grow alongside a company entering a major expansion phase — this could be a great fit. What You'll Be Selling Services include: Commercial & residential air duct cleaning Commercial & residential dryer vent cleaning Large-scale commercial HVAC cleaning projects Preventative maintenance/service agreements Partnership solutions for HVAC contractors, property managers, HOAs, facility managers, and commercial businesses This is a highly relationship-based sales role with recurring business opportunities and strong long-term account potential. Responsibilities Develop and grow referral partnerships throughout South Chicagoland Build relationships with HVAC contractors, commercial clients, property managers, and facility leaders Manage and nurture existing accounts already established in the market Prospect through in-person visits, networking, cold outreach, and referrals Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline Follow up consistently to close opportunities and maintain partnerships Represent the company professionally in the field Help establish the company as the preferred partner within the market What We're Looking For Self-motivated and competitive mindset Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with face-to-face B2B sales Organized with strong follow-up habits Ability to work independently and manage a territory Someone who wants to grow with an expanding company Preferred (But Not Required) Outside sales experience B2B sales experience Experience developing referral partnerships HVAC, facilities, construction, or service-industry background Customer service/account management experience The company can train products and process. They're looking for someone with drive, professionalism, and hustle.
