Job Description
Strategic Accounts Sales Coordinator is a trusted advisor for the Strategic Accounts sales team and customer base. The SASC works to maintain a comprehensive understanding of Ritchie Bros. systems to enable the compilation of complex data to develop actionable steps that will optimize processes, results, and the customer experience. This role will be required to work in office up to 3 days a week out of our headquarters in Westchester IL. 2+ years of experience within the following: Sales Support / Sales Administration / High-profile Customer Engagement Understanding of legally binding contractual language and terminology Advanced level understanding of MS Office and Adobe products: Proven ability to exercise independent judgement in a high volume, high pressure, deadline driven environment. Interpersonal skills to interface effectively with the necessary stakeholders. Capacity to analyze system ability to complete customer requests. Proactively identify areas of risk in project execution to management and escalate as appropriate. Work collaboratively with other team members from different disciplines and backgrounds. editing & digital signatures Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimized customer experience. Work closely with Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) to retain relationships and build customer loyalty Ensure all organizational and operational tasks are completed according to company standards. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Ritchie Bros. insights, services, and transactional solutions. Partner with Strategic Account Managers on cross-selling activities to support growth of the customer's portfolio. Resolve customer questions and concerns relating to solutions menu. Prepare contractual agreements between Ritchie Bros. and customers for products or services. Manage sensitive and confidential information. Facilitate insights, services, and transactional solutions.
