Bilingual Sales Consultant (Spanish/English) Base + Commission | Appointments Provided

Leads are provided. You come in and close. This role is for someone who has already been in the room. You've sat with a homeowner before. You know how to read the silence, handle the hesitation, and guide without pushing. And you speak Spanish. That last part isn't just a checkbox. It's why this role exists.

Across the Chicago suburbs, Spanish-speaking homeowners have been through storm damage. Most don't know their insurance already covers the repair. Most don't know they have a choice in materials. You show up as their guide on the contractor side. You sit with them. You walk them through the options. In the language they're most comfortable in. You help them make a confident decision about their own home. No cold calling. No prospecting. No pressure. Just an appointment that's already been set with a family that needs someone they can trust.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

Appointments are set for you. You focus on the conversation. Once you close, our backend team takes over completely. Production. Client services. Construction. You stay focused on the next appointment. Office based in Westmont, IL. Territory across the Chicago suburbs.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

$900/week guaranteed base from Day 1, every week. 5% commission on every upgrade you close. Average rep earns $60,000-$70,000/year. Top performers reach $100,000+. Company vehicle + gas provided. Paid training and mentorship from Day 1.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You've done in-home or consultative sales before. Solar, windows, HVAC, insurance, remodeling. If you've run appointments in someone's home - you know this room. You're fluent in Spanish and English. You switch between them naturally. Without thinking about it. That's not a skill you learned. It's just who you are. You walk in and people trust you immediately. You speak with clarity. No filler. No overselling. You make homeowners feel confident in their decision. You carry quiet authority without being pushy. You close by helping, not by convincing. Construction background is a plus. We'll train you on every product. What we can't train is how you make people feel.
