Responsibilities and Duties Maintains all existing accounts as assigned, including customer set-up, forecasting, inventory overview, and order processing. Periodically reviews the location of each account on a weekly basis to determine whether representatives/service groups are providing needed information/orders. Follows up with all leads provided as required. Analyzes customer business through customer POS data and Ty Inc. sales data. Coordinates customer product programs, including securing all items—new and existing—into each customer's price book. Utilizes exceptional problem-solving, quick thinking, and communication skills to keep relationships with buyers as strong as possible. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Three to five years of work-related experience. Expert knowledge of gift/collectible and plush toy industry. Proficient knowledge of the Internet, email systems, and Microsoft Office products. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
