THE PATH

This isn't just a sales job. It's the beginning of a career most people don't know exists. Level 1 — PA Apprentice. $200 per signed inspection. Level 2 — Lead Apprentice. Lead a team while still in the field. $250 per claim. Level 3 — Team Leader. Build and run your own team. Level 4 — Licensed Public Adjuster. Run it like your own business. Level 5 — Leader who grows leaders. Earn 1% from your team's production. Average time from Day 1 to PA license: 3-4 months. Some get there faster. It depends on how bad you want it. Proliance sponsors a portion of your PA license when you prove you're worth the investment. Most people do.

WHAT THE FIRST WEEK LOOKS LIKE

Week 1 — $800 paid training. You learn before you earn. Week 2+ — $200 per signed inspection. 1 per day = $1,000/week. Average rep earns $1,000
