In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting customer accounts, processing complex orders, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, sales, and internal teams. What You'll Do Manage customer accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability Process quotes, orders, and delivery updates with a high level of accuracy Handle order entry for 50-75 complex orders daily (multiple line items) Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email (rotating weekly responsibilities) Resolve customer issues, including returns, credits, and adjustments Coordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, and sales) to meet customer needs Monitor pricing agreements and ensure compliance with contracts Manage shipping logistics, routing, and freight terms (collect, prepaid, third-party) Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in a paperless environment What You Bring Required Qualifications 2+ years of manufacturing sales support or customer service experience Experience with order entry and product-based environments Strong attention to detail—accuracy is critical to success in this role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ability to manage high-volume workloads and multitask effectively Preferred Experience with ERP systems (QAD or similar) Background in industrial or manufacturing products Key Strengths Detail-oriented and highly organized Strong math skills (working with fractions and decimals) Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Professional, task-focused, and team-oriented Schedule & Work Environment Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (onsite) Structured office environment with strong emphasis on punctuality and attendance Weekly rotation between phone support and high-volume email management Collaborative team environment across regional sales groups Training & Development Comprehensive 14-week training program covering systems, products, and processes Hands-on learning with real-world scenarios and ongoing support Continuous improvement environment with evolving tools and processes Why Join?
