Sales Support Specialist

Join a growing, global manufacturing team known for quality and customer excellence. We're looking for a detail-driven Inside Sales Representative to support customer accounts and drive sales success.

What You'll Do:

Manage customer accounts, quotes, orders, and follow-ups Process 50-75 multi-line orders and handle pricing, tracking, and delivery updates Support inbound calls (up to ~45/day during rotation) and high-volume email requests Collaborate with operations, engineering, and outside sales teams Handle returns, credits/debits, and shipping logistics Maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM systems and ensure precise order entry

What You Bring:

2+ years of manufacturing customer service or sales support Strong order entry and product knowledge experience ERP/CRM experience (QAD a plus) High attention to detail and strong math skills (fractions/decimals) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Professional communication and strong organizational skills What to

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
