What You'll Do As a Lead Generation Specialist, you are the first and most important connection in our sales process. You don't just answer phones—you create opportunity. Make inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team Engage homeowners with enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities Collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Your conversations create momentum. What You Bring 2+ years of call center, customer service, or sales experience Strong communication and persuasion skills Confidence building rapport over the phone Accurate data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask and perform under pressure You are competitive, adaptable, and ready to win.
