We are committed to delivering reliable service, quality workmanship, and a strong customer experience. We are looking for a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales process and help improve efficiency across the team. Position Overview The Sales Operations Coordinator plays an important role in supporting day-to-day sales operations. This position helps manage administrative processes, maintain accurate records, coordinate communication, and ensure the sales team has the tools and information needed to serve customers effectively.Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up communications Track incoming leads, sales activity, and pipeline progress Prepare proposals, agreements, and customer-facing documents Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM and internal systems Coordinate communication between sales, office staff, and field teams Assist with reporting, metrics tracking, and sales performance updates Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfactionQualifications:
Required:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM platforms Experience in sales support, office coordination, or administrative rolesPreferred:
