• Full-time E&C Telecommunications is actively hiring a Client Enrollment Associate to support in-person sales of fiber internet and telecommunications services across the area.

With more customers upgrading to faster internet, we are expanding and looking for individuals who can work directly with customers and handle daily sales activity. This is a full-time, in-person sales position focused on direct customer interaction, service enrollments, and account setup for fiber internet services. Client Enrollment Associate Responsibilities Engage with customers through direct, in-person interactions to drive sales Present fiber internet services, plans, pricing, and promotions clearly Assist customers with new service enrollments, account setup, and activations Answer customer questions related to internet services, billing, and plan options Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales Track daily activity and work toward consistent sales goals Represent services professionally during all direct customer interactions What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and confidence working in direct customer interactions Comfortable in a sales environment with consistent customer engagement Reliable, organized, and consistent with daily activity Interest in sales, fiber internet, or customer-facing roles Motivated by performance and earning potential Previous experience is helpful but not required E&C Telecommunications continues to grow , and our Client Enrollment Associate team plays a direct role in that expansion.
